The baby birds are hatching! What began as one egg multiplied into three. I added one more that the mother bird later subtracted. It really is quite the equation that equals the cutest little avian fuzz balls.
How did I take this photo?
I used my macro lens, climbed up the side of my house, set my camera to manual focus, lowered the aperture as low as it would go, and attempt to hold still enough in my contorted position to take a photo. Out of about thirty photos this is one of the very few where the tiny line of focus was actually on the bird rather than the nest.
